Grafintec Oy will carry out bedrock mapping and sampling in the Rääpysjärvi 1 ML2017:0104 mineral exploration area between 28.9 and 7.10.2022. The purpose of the mapping is to obtain additional information on locations where there are indications of high electrical conductivity in the bedrock. The high electrical conductivity may indicate a higher than normal graphite content in the bedrock.
The exploration work will be carried out by two people on foot in the field. As they walk, they take small rock samples with a hammer. The operations will not cause any damage, nuisance or disturbance to the landscape or the environment.
